All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, Monday to Friday (handling time) after payment confirmation.
Order cut-off time 12:00 pm (GMT, Greenwich Mean Time (London))
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, handling time may take a little longer; we will notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer free shipping across the UK.
Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days, Monday to Friday.
Combining handling and transit time, your order may take 7–15 business days to arrive.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier provider name.
You can track your order directly via the courier’s website.

4. Delivery Information

Ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or the recipient being unavailable, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
For large or fragile items, our delivery team may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the package and items received.
We will investigate and arrange a refund as appropriate.
