1. Bestelverwerking en afhandelingstijd
- Alle bestellingen worden binnen 2-5 werkdagen (afhandelingstijd) na betalingsbevestiging verwerkt.
- Bestellingen worden niet verwerkt of verzonden in het weekend of op feestdagen.
- Tijdens piekperiodes kan de afhandelingstijd iets langer duren; wij zullen u op de hoogte stellen van eventuele vertragingen.
2. Verzend- en levertijd
- Wij bieden gratis verzending in het hele Verenigd Koninkrijk.
- De geschatte transittijd is 5-10 werkdagen.
- Door de afhandelingstijd en transittijd te combineren, kan het 7-15 werkdagen duren voordat uw bestelling arriveert.
- Houd er rekening mee dat levertijden schattingen zijn en kunnen variëren als gevolg van vertragingen bij de koerier, weersomstandigheden of andere onvoorziene omstandigheden.
3. Volgen van de bestelling
- Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een bevestigingsmail met uw trackingnummer en de naam van de koerier.
- U kunt uw bestelling rechtstreeks volgen via de website van de koerier.
4. Leveringsinformatie
- Zorg ervoor dat uw verzendadres en contactgegevens correct zijn bij het afrekenen.

5. Beschadigde of ontbrekende artikelen
- Als uw bestelling beschadigd, onvolledig of onjuist arriveert, neem dan binnen 48 uur na levering contact met ons op.
- Voeg foto's toe van het pakket en de ontvangen artikelen.
- Wij zullen onderzoek doen en een passende terugbetaling regelen.
