Refund policy

At Dekorium, every order is carefully checked before shipping. Because of this, we do not offer returns for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

We only provide a refund in the following cases:

  1. The product arrives damaged.

  2. The product delivered is different from what you ordered

How to Claim a Refund

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@dekorium.co.uk.

  • Provide your order number and clear screenshots/photos of the product received.

  • If your request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us in its original packaging.

  • Once our team verifies the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only issued once the returned product has been inspected and verified by our team.

  • Shipping costs (if any) for returning the product will not be covered by Dekorium.

  • No other return or refund requests will be accepted.

  • We don't accept exchanges.
